For 3.5 Level Plays, players either play King of the Court or use Doubles Jumbles on the iPad, which randomly assigns partners and has worked well to keep games flowing. Unfortunately, the iPad may have been down that evening, so things weren’t as smooth. Next time that happens, we’ll ensure staff are on hand to help organize play.

On court dividers, we do have portable ones, though some players prefer them removed. We’ll continue to balance these preferences to make sure everyone’s playing needs are met.

Lastly, we’re sorry your request at the desk wasn’t met with the courtesy we expect from our team at all times. We’ll be addressing this to ensure players always feel supported. Thank you again for helping us improve. We hope to turn your 3-star experience into a 5-star one soon!

All pickleball paddles and padel racquets are for rent, not complimentary — $5 for standard and $10 for high-performance demos — and it’s possible a charge was missed on past visits, which may have caused the confusion. That said, we apologize if our team’s response came across as anything less than courteous. We’re addressing this internally to ensure communication remains professional and respectful at all times.
