Fantastic experience: I love playing at NPC. One reason I keep coming here, even though it is quite far from my residence, is the strong sense of community—I always feel welcomed and valued. The management also matches me with good games, which have really helped improve my skills. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Increasing rates every other week. First week was 85 for 1.5 hours. I booked after two weeks then it was 95. Now booking after two weeks and rates are showing 113.

Had my first lesson with Coach Sherry last week and he took the time to understand what skill level I was, then tailored the session to meet me where I was at. He has an outcome-driven coaching style with a lighthearted and fun personality which made the lesson impactful and fun. By the end of the lesson, my backhand serve had improved so much! Excited to take more lessons with him and improve my technique. 11/10 would recommend

Positive experience: I visited this club three times during their listed business hours on Google Maps. Each time, the door was open, the lights and TV were on, but there was no staff available to assist us with any guidance or court rental. It was very surprising to see such a clean and well-equipped facility completely unattended during operating hours. I hope the management takes this issue seriously—it was quite a strange and disappointing experience.

The court setup is good, and more over the North Padel crew actually take time to check the courts for dead spots, making sure that the courts keep on par with the game’s intensity. The change rooms are clean and defiantly on the level and I like that they have enough rental Padel racquets for every player. Overall, North Padel is a great place to have an intense match and a chill game with friends.

It seems some things are still in soft launch - there are still some areas under construction and their booking app is still in the works. Ahmed was so lovely, welcoming me to the club, allowing us a free trial. He sent me a link to book. I then booked a court online, very user friendly. My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed this experience. The club is comfortable, washrooms, change rooms, and the area around the courts is spacious. Ahmed left us racquets, and balls for our trial. I highly recommend North Padel Club !!
